If a given speaker does not provide a suitable proposal, the speaker cannot be added to the agenda.
Subsequent to selecting the top proposals, the Committee is further responsible for reviewing each speaker's presentation materials in advance. The focus of this review is not on technical content, but to ensure the the presentations are as professional and visually demonstrative as possible and to further ensure that the length and structure of the presentation is suitable for its timeslot.
